Please note that all orders are handmade- This does impact the production time.
Please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incomplete delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products — especially items worn on hair or skin — all bonnets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please provide images to support. We will resolve this as quickly as possible. Please note that (Custom pieces, made-to-order items, and discounted “random colour” bonnets are final sale and non-refundable and non exchangeable)

Custom Orders

Custom colours, sizes, and special requests are made uniquely for you.
These items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once production starts. Please ensure you review measurements, colour choices, and order notes carefully.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and salon enquiries follow a separate agreement.
Once confirmed, wholesale orders are non-refundable due to the volume and custom nature of production.Dispatch times for wholesale vary depending on quantity — timelines will be discussed upon approval.
