Drying:

Do not tumble dry. After washing, gently press out excess water between your palms without wringing or twisting. Lay the bonnet flat on a clean, dry towel away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Reshape gently while damp to maintain the original silhouette. Allow to air dry completely before storing or wearing.

Frequency:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging. Once the seal has been broken, we are unable to accept a return for health and safety reasons.

If your bonnet arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
